God never intended our relationship with Him to be anything but a relationship.

When we have accepted Christ as our personal savior, He has entered our life. By allowing other things besides God to enter our life, we are taking away space for God. We need to come to the Lord empty except for Him.

When we are unyielded, we are unfilled.

What is taking up space in your life that the Holy Spirit wants?

Anything that comes in your life before God is taking up space.
These are things such as:

Greed
Money
Power
Alcohol
Drugs
Sex
Pride
Selfishness
...all the above things are actually idols that become gods before the Lord God Almighty.

Search your life and your soul. Ask yourself honestly:

What is taking up space in your my life that the Holy Spirit wants?
